    Theodosios Neamonitis, DPT

  • Dr. Theodosios Neamonitis, PT, DPT, MS received his Master’s degree at Long Island University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. Dr. Neamonitis is the President and owner of Millennium Physical Therapy. Dr. Neamonitis has extensive knowledge and experience in manual therapy with a focus on joint mobilization, trigger point and myofascial therapy, and sports specific rehabilitation. He specializes in shoulder, knee and spinal rehabilitation. He is a long time member of the Orthopedic Section and the Sports Physical Therapy Section of the APTA. Dr. Neamonitis’s goal is to provide the best physical therapy care to his patients in a comfortable and compassionate environment. He is able to achieve this by providing individualized, hands on treatments and educating his patients on health and wellness. Dr. Neamonitis believes in treating patients as a whole person and not just limiting treatment to the diagnosis for which they were referred.

  • Dr. Krisbert Lapurga, DPT received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Santo Tomas in 2011 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Utica College in 2017. Dr. Krisbert has worked in both the Philippines and in the United States, with licensure in Michigan and New York, for the past 9 years. He has been a resident and on-field physical therapist of the Men’s U-23 and Women’s U-17 of the Philippine National Football team. He has practiced in various clinical settings including outpatient facilities treating traumatic orthopedic cases. His focus has been on exercise physiology, Kinesiotaping, vestibular training, balance training and Graston techniques. Dr. Krisbert focuses on each patient as an individual that needs to recover as quickly and safely as possible. The quality of care extends from assessment of the injury, lifestyle modifications, monitoring of home exercises and efficient transition to long term care, therefore preventing further injuries. Continuing education that he is interested in are neurological cases, ergonomic assessment, and vertigo rehabilitation.

  • Dr. Sayali Patil PT, DPT, MS received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy with specialization in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the School of Health Sciences at Touro College, New York. Her DPT program fostered a strong passion for evidence based treatment and she believes in using the most effective physical therapy approach using evidence based practice. She has extensive experience and knowledge in treating orthopedic cases, especially orthopedic post operative and sports injuries. Dr. Patil is a current member of the APTA and a Certified Clinical Instructor by the APTA. She is also a Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor by Reebok. Dr. Patil has vast knowledge and experience in manual therapy and focuses on Mulligans, joint mobilization and PNF techniques. She has completed several courses on kinesiology taping and has experience in taping for sports injuries and other orthopedic dysfunction. Dr. Patil has worked with a National Cricket Team in the Mumbai Cricket Association, in Mumbai, India as a Physical therapist. She possesses clinical experience and knowledge in treating patients with vestibular disorders and falls. Her continuing education has focused on Mulligans, pelvic floor dysfunction and lower extremities, differential diagnosis in upper and lower quarter, and pain management.

    Dr. Latika Thakur, DPT, MS

  • Dr. Latika Thakur, DPT, MS earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2007 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2018. Dr. Thakur specializes in orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries. She works diligently using manual therapy techniques to treat patients with spinal dysfunction, sports related injuries, and post-surgical conditions. Latika has ample experience in Therapeutic Pilates, which gives her an in depth understanding of the necessity of core strength, in relation to total body fitness. She continually upgrades her skill set by enrolling in continuing education courses: Maitland Mobilizations, Mulligan Concepts (upper and lower quarter) and Myofascial Release. Latika has treated international sportsmen and eminent Indian film personalities.

  • Ride Tady, PT, received his degree in Physical Therapy from Iloilo Doctors’ College in Iloilo City, Philippines. Upon graduation he was chosen as an Orthopedic Specialist at Iloilo Hospital which is an ISO certified level 3 teaching hospital and was selected to remain as a staff Therapist after completing his Post Graduate tour in the Orthopedic and Neurologic inpatient and outpatient facilities. As a senior therapist, Ride achieved outstanding awards from both Patients and Staff during his 7 years at the Teaching Hospital. Ride moved to Toronto, Canada in 2012 and worked at The Gibson Long Term Care Facility in Toronto, Canada for 4 years as a staff therapist where he gained experience with Geriatric Care in addition to post-operative hip and knees. Ride has worked with Millennium since 2017 and has quickly become a patient favorite and our most reviewed therapist on both Google and Yelp. His extensive experience with orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric and sport-specific rehabilitation medicine has inspired him to continue his education and pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition, Ride serves as board member for Rizalino S. Tady, Jr. Inc., a non-profit organization that helps young individuals attain their educational goals in the Philippines. A passion of Ride, he dedicates countless hours to his students for both Orthopedics and Education. During his off time, Ride enjoys mix martial arts and professional boxing. His favorite boxer is Manny Pacquiao and he tries to emulate his off the ring activItes in the community through education.

    Valeria Covello

  • Valeria Covello, PTA, BS received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from St. Francis College as well as her Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy from Kingsborough Community College. Valeria has completed internships in both outpatient and inpatient acute rehab settings, and has knowledge and experience in both non-surgical and post-operative orthopedics, neurological disorders, sport rehabilitation, and chronic pain. She has knowledge and experience in manual therapy, focusing on myofascial release and trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, and joint mobilization. Valeria strives to improve her patients’ quality of life. She is patient, persistent and motivating, as well as understanding, kind and compassionate, and uses her good sense of humor to make all patients feel at ease throughout their treatments. She enjoys getting to know all of her patients, and believes in treating them as a whole individual, not just by their diagnosis. She is working on becoming certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is determined to fill her “tool box” with the latest physical therapy skills/techniques and deepening her knowledge of physical therapy by taking continuing education courses, focusing on orthopedic and sport rehabilitation. Her goal is to use both her knowledge in exercise science and physical therapy to provide quality care to her patients- helping them achieve their short-term and long-term functional goals.
